How to combat burnout while studying courses
The World Health Organization has added emotional burnout to a new qualification as a factor influencing a person's health (designating it as a professional phenomenon). "Nothing brings deep joy, emotions are superficial, all actions take place in a fog."
"When you become indifferent to what you love."
"Every morning you get up and think, why is this, you count every minute."
"I don't want to do anything, just lie down."
"When you gradually, perhaps even unconsciously, lose faith and the meaning of your activity. And the feeling of discomfort from the fact that you continue to do this."
It should be noted that our respondents' answers concerned social media marketing service their favorite activity. When you are on fire, inspired and motivated at the start. But after a certain period of time, all the enthusiasm disappears somewhere.
If you did not particularly like your activity initially, then the advice is quite simple and obvious - find the courage to change it. On average, we spend 8 hours a day, 5 days a week at work, which is at least a third of our conscious existence. Agree, it is better to find 5-6 months and retrain to live your best life.

First of all, stop devaluing your feelings . Even if you don’t work 24/7 and find time to rest, it doesn’t mean that you can’t be in a state of burnout. Our physical and mental resources have a limit, and all the lack of sleep, stress, and unpleasant communications have a cumulative effect. The sooner you notice the “warning signs” from your body, the easier it will be to get out of this state. If we return to the answers above, most people feel tired and lack motivation. But the distinguishing factor from ordinary fatigue is its constancy. We don’t exclude external factors either: relationship problems, fear of something unknown and uncontrollable (like a pandemic). Of course, ideally, it is necessary to separate different spheres of life, but this doesn’t always work out. The second step is to accept that this is normal ! Society may tell us that your fatigue is a sign of weakness, because the path to the stars is only through thorns. But this will be a mistake. To achieve something, you really need to make an effort. And fatigue and burnout are just an indicator that you are a living person, definitely not weak. Therefore, do not let the feeling of guilt finish you off for the fact that we are somehow different, weak, unproductive. The following advice will help you with this: Do not compare yourself to others. A classmate who has already managed to build a house, give birth to a son and bought tree seedlings. A 17-year-old TikToker with a million subscribers who went on vacation to the Maldives. And even more so with the son of his mother's friend. We live in an era of successful success, when everyone can achieve what they want. You just have to make an effort. But it is important to understand that success is subjective. And each person comes to it through their own path. Samuel L. Jackson received recognition only after 40 years, and does this make him a less good actor compared to those who received the coveted Oscar at 20? Of course not. By comparing yourself with others, you can mistakenly believe in the exceptional correctness of their decisions and actions. For example, to become a cult director, you must definitely enroll in a good university. Or you can not enroll, start working in a video archive, like Tarantino. The main thing is a sincere desire and effort, and how and when it will work out depends on many circumstances, often random.
It helps a lot if you have someone to support you .
A friend, mentor, supervisor, psychologist, your classmate. Someone can simply support you with words, someone will share your feelings and together you will encourage each other, someone is personally interested in your productivity.
If you doubt your environment, then you should definitely not be afraid of professional help. A psychologist will ask you the right questions, help you make an action plan and understand yourself. Perhaps the cause of burnout is where you could not even think.
On our courses, group curators always monitor the mood of students and their productivity. So that in case of burnout, emotional difficulties or problems, we can involve a psychologist, and he will help them.
Do not try to solve the problem of burnout quickly , putting in all your efforts.
Give yourself time to think about the reasons for your emotional state and possible solutions. And then gradually introduce them into your life, setting priorities. This way you will save internal resources, not forcing your body (which is already tired) with sudden shocks.
Identify your productivity type
For some people, productivity increases when they have dozens of different tasks and projects. These people's energy is at its maximum when it is spread everywhere and they need to switch from one point to another. And there are people who can be effective when they see one specific task in front of them.
